Care Quality Commission (CQC) reports and ratings
The °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust and the Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust merged on the 1 April 2022 to become the °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ.
The Trust is required to register with the Care Quality Commission and its current registration status is registered in full without conditions.
The CQC has published a report following inspections across medicine, surgery and diagnostics in November 2022 and a well-led inspection in May 2023.
This report collates both inspections and has resulted in the CQC giving the Trust an overall rating of ‘requires improvement’.
