Foundation Trust documents
The °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust became an NHS Foundation Trust on 1 April 2004, following a rigorous assessment process and was one of the first trusts in the country to achieve the new status. Today, the °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ is proud to hold this status as a newly integrated NHS Foundation Trust.
As we continue our integration, some of the documents on this website will refer to our former organisations:
- The °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust (RD&E)
- The Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust (NDHT)
Our Foundation Trust documents prior to April 2022 refer only to the RD&E. As new documents are produced, these will have the °ÄÞ«×¼ÁùФ logo and related information.Ìý
